I have four charge off accounts from a divorce 2 years ago. However on the brighter side I've had two mortgages - never late. One for 150k the other for 90k.
I've had 6 previous auto loans that were never late
21k - never late
19.9k - never late
6k - never late (motorcycle)
12.5k never late
and 10.5 never late

You should be able to obtain the loan.

Two previous mortgages and multiple paid out autos will weigh heavily in your favor.

Thanks Marv,

Do you think I can get a decent rate? Should I wait to see if I can get the lates disputed off of my current auto loan?

If you do dispute the lates, hopefully you will not lose the account totally.

depends greatly on the lender. If they rate and score off of FICO then depend on the bureau and score at time of application.

If they rate internally on a proprietary method, then I think YES!

Hopefully IMO high single digit APR would be my guess. (just an opinion)

Do you suggest doing the preapproval via online for Infiniti or actually talking to the finance manager?

If YOU do it online and the lender turns you down, and if the dealer uses the same lender, he will not be able to get it reversed. Tread very carefully.

Usually only way to get a TD reversed is to make SUBSTANTIAL changes to the loan/lease.
