I would like some valued opinions from you folks here. I am looking into getting a used car loan for $14k from a car dealership.
I recently got a $2,000 personal loan in which I am using for the down payment on the car. I have made one payment on the loan so far as required. I have $1300/month verifiable income and my credit score is 720 per TU as my FICO score is unviewable to me since I dont feel like paying $12 to view it (used my initial free score checks). I have a zero balance on my only credit card and have not been late on any payment ever on anything. I have only had credit for roughly 2 years. Should I try and apply for this loan based upon the info I have typed above? Is there any reccomendations anyone could give maybe about my personal loan and if that could negatively affect my chances? Thanks for your help

Welcom to creditboards! Any my apologies for not seeing this sooner.

If you are young you may very well qualify under one of the mfg captive first time buyers programs. Or one of the credit unions.

You evidently have a thin file, which may be problematic for you if you apply on your own behalf. Would recommend CU's first choice.
