Hi there, I'm of course a newbie, and this is my very first post I've ever made. I've already opted out and I'm in the process of the address changes, and that's a question I have all in itself. With the addresses, does that letter to the CRA's need to be hand written or typed? I can't find the answer to that anywhere. I'm not good at the whole search thing, i've tried a thousand times.

Secondly, I have around 4 medical collections on my reports from one car accident I got into almost a year ago. I applied for the assistance program thru the hospital and was approved for 100% payment. But of course there are those dreaded separate doctors that bill you separately and that you never see the bills for until you find it on your credit report. Anywho, my question is, doesn't anyone involved with treatment from that particular hospital visit have to comply with the assistance letter awarded from the hospital? I know I've seen the answer to this some where before, but once again can't find it. I just need back up proof whenever I dispute this information with them. And is it ok to call the OC when discussing such information.

I just wanna say all your posts are very inspiring and I hope to one day very soon have this burden lifted off my shoulders. I am a single mother and it has been a very long hard journey for the past several years due to bad credit... like my name says... i just wanna be free 2! Thank everyone for all their hard work and support.. it means SO MUCH, even though I don't know you biggrin.gif

The address dispute should be typed on regular paper, nothing fancy with this one.
