One of the major Michigan papers conducted a live chat with someone from Greenpath last week, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with them? As far as their debt management services go, I mean. Any and all feedback would be appreciated.

From what I hear they are one of the better and reputable ones out there.

I spoke with both them and Balance 5-6 years ago before I filed BK, in an attempt to find options other than the BK. I was quite happy with both, they were definitely concerned with my financial well being over that of my creditors- their reason for existence isn't to extract payments from you, it's to help you find the solution that's best for you.
They could've just set me up on a DMP and gotten a couple month's payments before the house of cards collapsed entirely- instead they went over my numbers, looked at what the looming medical lawsuits would do to me & my family, and told me to find a good BK att'y. The counseling sessions didn't cost a dime.
There are a lot of "counselors" out there who are really credit card collectors in disguise, these two places aren't like that.

Thanks for the info. Then I guess that a simple to call to them won't hurt.

Thanks for the feedback. They actually work with my credit union, so I gave them a call. So far, so good, but I only spoke with them once.

I'm actively in talks with Greenpath right now too. They are VERY responsive via email and phone. If I do go with a DMP, it will likely be Greenpath.
Money Management International aka cccc or ccci or cccs were good too but not nearly as responsive as Greenpath and Greenpath was able to work out a lower monthly payment than the others despite there slightly higher fees. They are about $10/mo higher than MMI but the interest savings more than pays for that.
