Experian score change immediately affected by large purchase on Chase CC
I hope to purchase a new Toyota and their website states that you need a 650 score on Experian to qualify for the financing. I am about to purchase some airline tickets on my Chase card for $1000 a week before I apply for the Toyota financing.

Will my Experian credit score change immediacy, or will it take a while to show on the credit report and score.

Or must I buy the airline tickets after I apply for the car financing.

If there is going to be a score change, one would assume it would be when the data furnisher makes their monthly update to the credit repository. If you monitor your experian file, you should know when that occurs on a monthly basis.

you wont get any score change till the statement prints and normally not for a couple of days after that from what I have experienced.
