They're great! I already had a 10k loan through them that was a 35k pre-approval (just logged in and had the offer). I only needed 10k though to buy a 2001 Volvo. Just now, I used them to refinance a 2007 Edge. I made a big payment and Chase didn't want to refinance, so I thought I'd give DCU another try. They lowered the rate from 8.99 to 8.45 and the payment went down almost $175. Still paying it off a couple months earlier than the Chase loan. (yeah I was upside down.)
The funny thing is that the rep was looking at the wrong credit report, she was offering me 16.95% and I couldn't figure out why it was so much. She was kindly trying to explain with a 503 FICO, she couldn't go any lower. We finally realized someone else's credit report got matched to my app. Anyway, I thought it was cool that they would have approved at 500 and a lot lower than the 20%+ that some places charge people with lower scores.

They were still going to approve me for the 28k when they thought I had a 503.
